The Interior Designer Service
At The Open Plan, we deliver exceptional interior design with a commitment to quality, creativity, and attention to detail. Our Designer Service is one of two ways we provide a fully bespoke interior design experience for your home or business. Working closely with you face-to-face in your home, one of our experienced interior designers will develop a tailored design scheme that reflects your lifestyle, aspirations, and the unique character of your space. From initial concepts through to project implementation, we can manage every stage of the process to ensure a seamless and beautifully executed result.
Initial Consultation
We recommend beginning with a paid consultation in your home (typically £450). During this visit, we assess your space, discuss your lifestyle, aspirations and requirements, and provide ideas, trusted supplier recommendations and practical advice. Following the consultation, you'll receive a concise report outlining our recommendations together with an estimate should you wish to engage us further. Not sure where to start or need a striking scheme for your space? We will create an easy to follow design board which includes colours, lighting, radiators, ironmongery, window treatments, fabric and furniture, as well as suggestions for those extra, beautiful touches that complete a cohesive and stylish room.
Plans and Visuals
- Get your layout right -
We survey your property to get precise dimensions, then draw up detailed plans and elevations using industry standard CAD, ready to hand on to your tradespeople or to use yourself. We can also provide 3D colour visualisations of your 'finished' space so that you can see the end result now.
